Stealth Software is proud to announce the upcoming release of
Talking Caller ID Professional
The program will capture the caller id name and number from incoming telephone calls from any caller id capable TAPI device using Microsoft Windows Telephony API (TAPI). The caller id name and number will be displayed on the computer screen. The name (and optionally number) will be converted to speech using Microsoft's Speech API (SAPI) and be announced through your computer speakers and/or sound system.
The program will have the capability to send an email to you with the caller id information. The program can also send the information to a numeric and/or alphanumeric pager.
The program will be able to function as a complete customizable voice mail system and store voice mail on your hard drive. You will have an option to send the voice mail via email by attaching the voice file to an email. You can also remotely retrieve your voice mail from any phone. You can customize the voice mail greeting for each caller if desired.
The program will have a complete database of caller id information in which you will be able to modify to include address, notes, photos and other information. When the phone rings, the program will be able to display the persons photo and bring up notes from prior conversations in addition to showing and speaking the caller id information.
The program will have the ability to block calls that you specify.
Various reports will be able to show a complete log of callers, phone directory, number of times a person has called and much more.

The program will run on Microsoft Windows XP (both Home and Professional versions)
The program will use Microsoft's Speech API (SAPI 5) text-to-speech technology.
The program will use Microsoft's Telephony API (TAPI).
The program will be written using Microsoft Visual Basic.
