To install this update file, you must have already installed the full version 6 program.  If you don't, download the full version following the instructions for the full version.

If your browser asks if you want to "Run this program from its current location" or "Save this program to disk", select the "Save this program to disk" option.  I recommend saving it to your Desktop so you can locate it quickly.  After the download is complete, use windows explorer to locate the file and then double-click on it to start the installation.  For the installation directory, provide the existing directory where the program is already installed (do not un-install your previous version).   Then run the program as usual. If you want to keep your current version intact, then choose a different directory for installation in the setup.  An upgrade fee of $19.95 will apply.  To order the upgrade, please click on either the Google Checkout or PayPal Order Form.

All versions of Talking Caller ID require that you install the Microsoft Agent files.  If you haven't already done so when you first installed Talking Caller ID, be sure and go to this webpage Microsoft Agent Files and follow all the instructions to install all the Microsoft Agent files requires for your operating system.  For Windows Vista and Windows 7, be sure to also request and install the hotfix described on that page.

Please note that you cannot update versions prior to V6.3, instead you must uninstall the program and download and install the full version.
