Setting up DDE in Talking Caller ID to pass information to
Microsoft Excel
In Talking Caller ID's Settings go to the DDE options page and tick enable DDE
Support. The following parameters have been found to work:

"C:\My
Documents\Excel\DDETest.xls"
DDE Topic Excel|DDEtest.xls
DDE Item R1C1
DDE Execute [ACTIVATE("DDEtest.xls")][SELECT("R1C1:R5C2")][NEW(2,1)][ARRANGE.ALL()]
Tick "Start DDE Application Automatically when Talking Caller ID
Starts"
Leave all other options blank.
